Leicester City Council requires a suitably experienced contractor for the undertaking of various alteration works to further enhance the internal teaching spaces and external access at Medway Community Primary School, Leicester. The works will comprise: To the ground floor : the installation of new suspended ceilings to 2 nr classrooms, provision of new lighting, including emergency facilities to ceiling, installation of new external exit door and access ramp at existing window location, includes the relocation of heater and redirection of pipework and installation of appropriate signing, ironmongery and emergency requirements and replacement of distribution board. To the first floor area 1: demolish the existing partition walls to area of 2 nr existing office areas adjacent to hall and relocation of existing services. Area 2: re-decorate an existing lobby area and office space, relocate sink from corridor wall to inside Room 001, strip out existing toilet fully and complete refurbishment Location: Medway Community Primary School, St. Stephen's Road, Highfields, Leicester, LE2 1GH.
