Operational Support & Strategic Advisory Support to the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) Sourcing Division

Tender description

This Competition relates to the establishment of a number of multi-provider Framework Agreements for the provision of operational support and strategic advisory support to the Contracting Authority. The Framework Agreement will be divided into two Lots as set out below namely; Framework Agreement Lot 1: Operational support; operational support to the sourcing teams within of the Office of Government Procurement in management and delivery of public sector tendering projects. Total estimated contract value is approx €0.5m, and; Framework Agreement Lot 2: Strategic sourcing planning; Opportunity identification & category strategy development with an estimated contract value of approx €1.5m. Tenderers should note that Framework Agreement Lot 2 will be sub-divided into eight sub-lots (each a“Sub-Lot”) which relate to individual categories of procurement expenditure. Tenderers are required to indicate which Sub-Lots they are tendering for. Tenderers should note that they may only submit Tenders in respect of a maximum of five (5) Sub-Lots.
