Tender description

The University requires a polychromatic high speed cell sorter housed in a Class 2 cabinet. The system will be required to deal with a range of different cell types from various species. It will be required to cope with the demands of sorting rare cells such as regulatory dendritic cells from mice and to preserve their functionality in downstream assays. It will require true multi-colour detection capabilities due to the number of parameters needed to define certain key cell types.
