Tender description

Lancaster University currently enforces parking rules and regulations by the use of Civil Parking Notices (CPNs). This method of parking enforcement commenced at Lancaster University in October 2012 when vehicle immobilization was outlawed. The University is now looking to procure, by competitive tender, a new contract for suitable parking enforcement arrangements through the issue of CPNs. This will involve University Security Officers issuing CPNs and the successful tenderer providing back office and systems support.
