Tender description

The University is sourcing a service provider to supply and install Digital Signage for the New Library Luton Campus. A question and answer session will be arranged by the University. The proposed date is the 16th June 2015 – Start: 13: 00 (exact details to be confirmed through the procurement website). Note: Maximum of two people per supplier. If you wish to attend please confirm attendees through the Intend website. Installation dates currently projected: week commencing 9th November 2015. It is estimated it will take four weeks to complete the programme. As it is a new building with the project to be delivered earlier or later in line with the University’s requirements, the service provider will need to be flexible. Note: Although the project is scheduled to start on 9th November it could move to December or January 2016. Please ensure that this is taken into account in your tender return.
