Tender description

Tenders are invited to provide the service of cleaning to BIM for their premises on Crofton Road Dun Laoghaire Co. Dublin. The appointed Cleaning Services provider will be required to demonstrate the delivery of a high quality cleaning service tailored to BIM’s needs and must hold ISO 9001:2008 quality standards. The cleaning team allocated to BIM building must include a team leader and the site must be inspected by a supervisor on behalf of the Tenderer on a frequent basis to ensure cleaning standards are maintained to BIM’s requirements. This must be set out fully in the proposed SLA This contract will be for up to a maximum of 18 months and will commence on April 1st 2015 and expire on 30th September 2016. BIM reserves the right to cancel the contract at any point giving one months’ notice should the successful tender not meet the standards as set out in the Contract and SLA. A detailed specification of requirements is set out in Section 2.
