Rodgers Leask Ltd was employed by University of Derby to undertake inspections and provide a structural specification for the demolition of the properties on the former manufacturing site on Chandos Pole Street, Derby. Criteria for evaluation:- • Site Visit (please contact Simon Parker on 01332 591108 or email s.j.parker@derby.ac.uk) • Price • Full compliance with tender documents • Contractor to allow for isolation of services prior to commencement . • Contractor to submit Lead In & Programme as part of their tender submission • Contractor to include all necessary notifications to the HSE, Statutory Bodies et al in full compliance with current legislation.
