Tender description

The Council wants young people to learn through informal education and make informed decisions regarding their future. Providing these learning opportunities for young people who need it most is essential in how we support young people’s social and emotional capability. These capabilities in turn will help secure more positive behaviours and higher levels of achievement in both the short, medium and longer term.
