The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals are looking to standardise Thumb spica's, Elbow sleeves and Epicondylar clasps through out the Trust. If you are interested please complete the attached document. Samples will be required and must be sent to the Trust no later than Monday 8th June 12 noon.
