Beaumont Hospital is conducting this competitive process on behalf of RCSI Hospitals. RCSI Hospitals comprises Beaumont Hospital; Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda; Connolly Hospital; Cavan General Hospital; Rotunda Hospital; Louth County Hospital; and Monaghan Hospital. The academic partner of RCSI Hospitals is the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). RCSI Hospitals seeks to establish a single-party framework agreement with a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of communications and public relations services. The successful framework member will be required to assist with the development and implementation of a communications and public relations strategy for RCSI Hospitals, to manage the relationship between RCSI Hospitals and the media and to provide a range of operational and strategic communications services.
