An Post is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide an independent audit of Quality of Service Monitoring system as appointed by ComReg. The auditor appointed to assess the Monitor’s compliance with the CEN Standard must be fully independent. The individual/organisation performing the audit is also required to have the proven skills and capacity to perform such an audit.
