Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of consultancy services for an employment land study. The current employment land studies are out of date and new evidence is needed to support the replacement Local Plan. The City Council is therefore seeking a fresh employment land study to inform the new plan which addresses the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF). The Planning Policy Team of Leicester City Council is seeking to commission consultants to complete an Employment Land Study to inform the preparation of its New Local Plan, which completed the Issues and Options stage in February 2015. Bids are invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultants. The findings of the study will form part of the evidence base used to inform the New Local Plan. The study will address the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework and the National Planning Practice Guidance. All submissions must be processed via DueNorth and Tenders must be uploaded no later than 17:00hrs on Friday 05/06/2015
