Maintenance of Lifts

Tender description

The National Institute of Biological Standards and Control (NIBSC) a centre of the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency, also referred to as the 'Employer', is looking to award a Service Contract for the maintenance of its Lifts which include: - 6 hydraulic lifts (2 with manual doors) ground and first floor - 1 traction lift, ground 1st and 2nd floor - 1 goods hoist only (Britannia) - 1 passenger and goods hoist (Wessex) The Service Schedule will consist of 12 visits per anumm please refer to the Lift Specificaton for freqency of servicing. The Serice Provider will be required to provide training as and when required to support the engineering team and support staff. A single supplier is prefered to provide this requirement. This requirement will also include the option for the supply of parts associated with the listed equipment however but does not preclude the agency from buying from other sources.
