M&E consultancy for Boiler replacement programme (TAN0212)

Tender description

Leicester City Council requires a consultant Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to design and specify for a boiler replacement programme of 13 boilers to be delivered as soon as reasonably possible within the year of 2015. A consultant M&E designer will be appointed to fully design the requirements of each scheme following the RIBA plan of works from Inception to completion. The consultant will be expected to produce bespoke technical specifications meet and drawings to meet LCC's requirements and enable a construction contractor to undertake the proposed works. The projects will be run as 4 lots grouping the projects together to save procurement, management and general administration time. Potential Delivery Programme is shown at Appendix: 2 Separate to this tender a project manager will be appointed to oversee the individual projects. The project manager will oversee the consultant M&E designer and all other design team members and stakeholders.
