LOTTERY FUNDERS INDEPENDENT COMPLAINT REVIEW SERVICE

Tender description

Sport England is seeking quotations for the provision of an independent complaint review service for the Lottery distributors and their customers. The independent complaint review service is available for complainants who remain dissatisfied with the Lottery distributor’s response to their complaint. The Contract has a maximum value of £90,000, excluding VAT, which we expect to be spread evenly across the three years of the contract. There will also be an option to extend the contract for a fourth year if all parties are in agreement. The service must include: • Determination of eligibility for independent complaint review • Setting out terms of reference for investigation • Investigating the complaint • Producing a written report with findings and recommendations • Providing an annual report on their work for Lottery management and board members Please go to https://sportengland.bravosolution.co.uk & click on 'View current notices & opportunities' to participate.
