Tender description

The Provision of Environmental Enforcement Services of Street Scene Issues Specification. To issue fixed penalty notices for littering, spitting, public urination and dog fouling; keeping into consideration fairness in approach in-line with residents and Councils expectations. The appointed Contractor will operate on a 1-year contract with the option to extend to a further 2-years being reviewed on an annual basis by the Council. The primary focus of the object is to change behaviour towards the street litter and dog control order offences.
