Tender description

This procurement is to establish a Framework Agreement for Direct Access Adult Hearing Services for Age Related Hearing Loss for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for up to a further 12 month period. NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS Redditch & Bromsgrove CCG who will be the lead Contracting Authority on behalf of NHS Redditch & Bromsgrove CCG; NHS South Worcestershire CCG and NHS Wyre Forest CCG (referred to as the Commissioner) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver these Services. NHS Redditch and Bromsgrove CCG (the Lead Commissioner) or any party to the Framework Agreement established, does not place any obligation to commit to any value of business until which time an appropriate call-off is made for services by each Contracting Authority. Please be advised that NHS CCGs are mandated by NHS England to apply the Patient Choice and Competition Regulations 2013 Part 2 to all procurements. The services to which this notice relates fall within the scope of Patient Choice and Competition Regulations 2013 Part 2 which will be subject to the ‘Light Touch regime’ and is subject to enactment by Government and subject to adoption by April 2016. Neither the publication of this notice nor the employment of any particular terminology nor any other indication shall be taken to mean that the contracting authorities intend to hold themselves bound by the full Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Regulation 74.The Commissioners will carry out all procurements in accordance with the principles and governance of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 Regulation 74. The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is to be published on Bravo Procurement Portal on Tuesday 2nd June 2015, PQQ clarification questions must be submitted by 17:00 Tuesday 23rd June 2015 and the deadline for PQQ responses is 17:00 Wednesday 1st July 2015. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) and associated documentation will be issued to shortlisted Providers on Wednesday 15th July 2015 with a return date of Monday 10th August 2015.
