Actual value includes FY18/19 estimate as there may still be SECTU/Other Op spend in the remaining months. Estimated value is for full contract term of 5 years to 2020 including two potential extensions. Total spend to date (June ’15 to Jan ’19) £8,838,426.90 ex VAT; FY15/16 £2,182,480.92 ex VAT No spend shown on NPPH FY16/17 £2,182,480.92 ex VAT FY17/18 £2,215,391.80 ex VAT **FY18/19 £2,258,073.26 (ex VAT estimated) – Includes uplift but there may be SECTU/Other Ops costs in remaining months of this FY. **FY19/20 base budget is £2,280,117.00 ex VAT; this may be subject to revisions as part of the force annual budget review (no known plans to do so at this stage). In addition if additional resources are requested for specific operational requirements they would be funded from another budget as works were requisitioned. This assumes we stick with a specification that will mirror the current one in cost terms. If the specification is altered then before it is issued we may need to seek funding approval. Additionally, if a suite custody closes that might alter the requirement but this has so far been mooted by CCMT.
