Chichester District Council - Brickwork Façade and Concrete Structure Cleaning Contract

Clean the decorative brickwork façade to The Avenue De Chartres Multi Storey Car Park Avenue De Chartres, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1RJ and pedestrian footbridges. Remove biological matter, calcite and carbon staining from the brickwork and concrete surfaces. Chichester District Council is looking to engage suitably qualified and capable, such as STONEHEALTH ROSETTE APPROVED contractors to professionally clean the external brick façade of the building structure including 5 Access towers and 4 Pedestrian footbridges. The works will include: • The temporary provision of suitable and sufficient physical protection and appropriate warning signage for the duration of the works to ensure that the works are undertaken safely with due regards to the general public and users of the Multi Storey Car Park. • The provision of PPE and identification for all contractors’ personnel. • The professional removal of algae, moss and other biological matter, carbon deposits and calcite staining from the brickwork and concrete surfaces. • The clear demarcation of areas where work is in progress. • Procedures for sign-off of completed cleaned areas.
