CRI is a leading charity providing treatment and support to over 68,000 vulnerable people in England and Wales every day. We champion people who have faced hardships like abuse, homelessness and addiction, and empower them to lead the lives they want, on their terms. Our service users include: - Adults and young people with substance misuse problems. - People who are homeless and living and working on the streets. - Offenders in prison and those serving community sentences. - Families and communities affected by crime, substance misuse and anti social behaviour. - Victims of domestic abuse. Our objective is to help individuals to improve their lives and achieve their full potential. We seek to achieve this through engaging with people, assessing their needs and working in partnership with a range of agencies to provide treatment and co-ordinated care pathways that include housing, employment, education and training. CRI is looking to identify a preferred translation and interpreting supplier, to operate nationally. The successful tenderers will be the contracted supplier for CRI, alongside an in-house Peer Mentor service.
