Tower Hamlets CCG - Voices2 – Capturing Bereaved Carer’s Experience of Local Services

Tender description

To capture the experiences of last years of life services by engaging with bereaved carers. This information will be used to improve services and highlight good practice. To undertake qualitative research into the needs and experiences of local residents, their families and carers during the last months and days of life and beyond. Intelligence obtained will enable evaluation of current services; provide evidence for new interventions and a baseline for evaluation, placing emphasis on understanding the perceptions of service users. The primary outputs of the project will be: • postal survey of a sample of bereaved carers/relatives (see service specification for sample size and stratification) • collection of survey results; • Assisted completion of survey for people who require language support • completion of interviews (see service specification for number of interviews); • analysis of the data to highlight key themes and recommendations
