Supply & Management of Corporate Workwear

Tender description

An Post is seeking to enter into contract with one or more providers to meet its requirements for the provision of Corporate Workwear to approximately 300 Male & 300 Female employees. The garments will represent the vision and brand of An Post and will be worn by staff that perform front line banking services with An Post Customers. The range of corporate garments of interest to An Post will fall within the following categories: - Shirt/Blouse, Trouser/Skirt, Tie/Scarf/Belt, Jacket and V Neck Jumper/Cardigan. Male and Female versions of the above garments will complement each other in terms of style and corporate shades. An Post will also require a full Management Service to oversee the services associated with Employee Database Management, Initial Measuring Campaign, Stock Checking, Secure Stock Storage, Employee Man Pack Processing, Distribution of Man Pack to An Post and an Exchange Service allowing for return of garments and exchange of same with database updating and archiving reporting. The contract will cover a three year period commencing with a launch date of new design in early 2015. The contract will also feature an option to extend contract for an additional one or two years. The Pre Qualification Questionnaire must be completed fully and uploaded to etenders by 12 noon 29th July 2014. Please note failure to submit your completed Pre Qualification on etenders by this date will result in elimination from further participation with the PQQ and Tender Process. Candidates are also advised that submissions issued in hard copy or transmitted electronically in any other method other than uploading directly to etenders will also be eliminated from further participation in the PQQ & Tender Process.
