Aim: To understand the key barriers to women getting more senior roles in journalism and what action could be taken to make progress here Objectives - To understand what holds women back from rising to the most senior roles in this sector - To understand how gender differences, caring responsibilities and age can impact on this Survey This will involve surveying around 600 people all involved in the media sector to get their views on barriers to women in progressing in this sector.
