CONCESSION CONTRACT This opportunity relates to a below threshold contract and is only advertised here to comply with Regulation 110 of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015. The procurement will not follow a procedure under Part 2 of those Regulations and will not be advertised in OJEU The Council is seeking a Parks Tennis Operator (PTO) to manage three tennis sites to deliver a great parks community tennis experience to Eastbourne Borough residents and visitors. For the purpose of this tender this is referred to as Lot 1. In addition an opportunity has arisen for an operator to deliver a Performance Coaching Programme at our Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) accredited Tennis Performance Centre located at Eastbourne’s Sports Park.
