The project's aim is to make the Local Offer more accessible for disabled children and those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and their parents. The project is expected to achieve the following: The development of an App using a cross platform web-based framework to make parts of the Local Offer more accessible. The production of a series of animations that explain some of the pathways and services that are available in the Local Offer.
