Establishment of a Single-Party Framework Agreement for integrated design team services for conservation related works for the Henrietta Street area

The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a single-party framework agreement for integrated design team services for conservation related works for the Henrietta Street area. The initial contract is for the conservation and reuse of No.14 Henrietta Street as further outlined in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire. The objective of this project at No.14 Henrietta Street is to bring it back into use as a cultural facility exploring Georgian and Tenement life in Dublin and consolidate its architectural character and significance. A separate brief and tender will be issued for interpretive specialists to produce a light-touch digital installation that presents the social and architectural history of the house, the street, and the city. Initially, the design process for both will not run concurrently, but when appointed the interpretation specialists will be novated to the design team to ensure a satisfactory project outcome. This contract was awarded to Shaffrey Associates on 1st May 2015. Five offers were received.
