<i>The employer is looking to appoint the contractor as a specialist to advise on any remedial or upgrade work is required to the fire doors of their corporate building stock. The contractor is expected to have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the Building Regulations and any other relevant fire door regulations and best practices. </i> <i></i><i></i> <i>The contractor is required to survey all fire doors within a building in conjunction with the fire risk assessment to ensure they are in a serviced, compliant and full working order and detail any recommendations for remedial or upgrade work. </i> <i></i>
