Architect-Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team for Office Fit-Out

Tender description

The Teaching Council is engaging in a competitive tendering process for the appointment of an architect-led multi-disciplinary design team for a refurbishment project in part of their offices at Block A, Maynooth Business Campus, Maynooth, Co. Kildare. The main part of the project involves the full construction design and redevelopment of an internal first floor office space of approximately 585 square meters, which is currently unoccupied. The project will also involve modifications to the existing office space of approximately 770 square meters, with particular emphasis on the Reception and Canteen areas. The architect-led multi-disciplinary design team will be required to project manage the refurbishment project to a successful completion. This will include the management of the tendering processes for refurbishment works, air conditioning solution, furniture fit-out and audio-visual requirements, in addition to providing any follow up services required for a project of this nature.
