Contract notice for Self-harm pathway care bundle for children and young people LOT 1 - 2 on behalf of NHS Nottingham CCG. The objective of this project is to commission a Self-harm pathway care bundle for children and young people across NHS Nottingham City CCG, through the delivery of high quality healthcare services. The key aims and objectives include the following key outcomes: • Reduction in risk taking behaviour • Young people report improved self-esteem and emotional wellbeing • Reduced requirement for specialist mental health services • Increased participation in healthy activities, reduced isolation • Improved family functioning and relationships • Young people remain or re-engage in education and training • Reduced risk of anti-social behaviour and offending • Positive transitions to adulthood To express interest your organisation should register on the Bravo website https://gemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk to access the ITT Process Overview and ITT questionnaire.
