Tender description
EPRI and Participant agree to cofund with others the EPRI User Group or Subscription project (the “Project”) described in the attached Exhibit 1. EPRI shall use its best efforts to complete the Project objectives and deliver the deliverables set forth in Exhibit 1. EPRI shall contract for and manage the Project in accordance with its normal contracting practices and procedures. Participant may participate in any project management team that may be formed by EPRI for the Project.
