Housing management System (HMS) - INTRODUCTION - Requests for Proposal (RfP) are invited by Bristol City Council (“the Council”) from Suppliers listed on the Local Authority Software Applications (“LASA”) Framework (RM1059) “Suppliers” to submit a proposal for a new Housing Management System at Bristol City Council. REQUIREMENT - • The RfP document provides a full definition of the services required for a new Housing Management System to meet the needs of the Housing Delivery Services team and its clients at Bristol City Council. • The procurement will follow the further completion option the LASA Framework (RM1059). • The selected supplier shall supply such Services in accordance with the provisions of the LASA Framework (RM1059) Terms and Conditions. • The RfP document provides suppliers with instructions on the further completion tender process and offers more information about Bristol City Council and its requirements for a new Housing Management System.
