Tender description
South Dublin County Council (SDCC) currently owns a closed engineered landfill, Arthurstown landfill licensed by Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). SDCC intends to engage in a competitive process for the procurement of Environmental consultancy services for Environmental monitoring of Surface Waters, Groundwater, Leachates and Private Wells monitoring at Arthurstown landfill. This is to meet the following requirements: Closure and Aftercare programme of EPA in accordance with EPA Waste License No. W0004-004 EPA Manual on Closure and Aftercare programme of closed landfills EPA Manual on Landfill monitoring The Council Directives on Landfilling of Waste 99/31/EC.
