NHS Barnsley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) represents GP practices based in Barnsley Area. In line with the CCG objectives the CCG seeks to ensure provision of high quality health care that meets the needs of individuals and groups. To achieve this objective an understanding of the current state of the Estate is required to assist in the provision of high quality healthcare to all. The CCG is appointing an organisation to undertake Building Condition Surveys across its area. The outcome of this will form the fundamentals for the CCG Estate Strategy. To feed into the Estate Strategy, the CCG requires data assessments to be established to understand its business critical potential failure risks over the following 10 years.
