The Flexible Support Fund (FSF) is intended to help Jobcentre Plus (JCP) District Managers to flexibly deliver elements of our service in the way they see fit for their Districts. In particular, the FSF enables JCP Districts to trial different approaches to tackling worklessness. The Occupational Health Telephone Advice provision will be run by Greater Wessex Jobcentre Plus (JCP) District. This provision will support promotion of work as the most suitable route out of poverty with professional occupational health advice about the type of work, customers with significant health problems can undertake. This provision will support the multiple disadvantages faced by some of JCP’s most vulnerable customers.
