GB-Bristol: Scout SV Procurement of APG Steps

Tender description

Manufacture and supply of portable polyurethane steps (sleeping policemen). The Armoured Vehicles Programme, part of Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) within the Ministry of Defence has a requirement for the manufacture and supply of two variations of portable, polyurethane- constructed steps from two pre-existing drawing packages. The contracted deliverables will be: the manufacture and supply within the UK of a total of 28 steps from 2 drawing packages, the clear marking of the weight in KG to be stencilled on each step, the supply of an inspection Certificate of Conformity confirming the steps conform to the supplied drawing specifications and the delivery and unloading of the steps to a UK- based trials site. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified companies with experience in the undertaking of hot pour moulding of large polyurethane items.
