Milton Keynes Council is delegating part of its function to undertake carers’ assessments for people who provide unpaid care, or support, for a family member or friend who resides within the borough of Milton Keynes. The Service Provider will undertake carers’ assessments which will support planning and reviews for carers of all ages, caring for people across the spectrum of need.
