CREATING A STRUCTURED INFLUENCING PLAN FOR THE OFFICE FOR NUCLEAR REGULATION

Tender description

The objective of this project is to create a Structured Influencing Plan for the ONR. This will need to be consistent with the organisation's Corporate Communications Strategy and plans. But the Influencing Plan will have a specific, highly operational, focus on: (i) the domain of key stakeholders that the ONR will need to influence effectively if it is to achieve its objectives; (ii) the identification of the sub-organisational teams/individuals with whom the ONR need to establish key influencing relationships; (iii) the identification within ONR of the teams/individuals that should be tasked with taking the lead in developing those relationships; and (iv) an analysis of the extent to which the ONR has the capacity and capability, including skill sets and the need if any for additional training, necessary to enable these teams/individuals to play an effective part in delivering the overall plan.
