Sovereign's aim has been to establish a defined Service Level Agreement with a single preferred supplier for the auditing of servicing, repairs and works to domestic and commercial heating installations. The scope included the need to audit new build / development schemes at both design and construction milestones, as well as the provision of an independent incident investigation service. To ensure that Sovereign remains a responsible and regulatory compliant landlord, has been essential to engage with a supplier who has demonstrated their ability and capability of delivering a high quality, consistent service focused on risk mitigation, statutory compliance, improving efficiencies, reducing costs and ensuring resident satisfaction. This procurement activity aims to promote Sovereign's desire to be a landlord of choice for its residents and to progress long term innovation, the development of new solutions to improve performance standards and the support of best practice / value for money tendering opportunities.
