Tender description

EBRI has to solve the problem of high noise levels in the engine room at the EBRI plant, in order to comply with the H&S requirements inside the building and also to reduce the environmental impact outside it. The solution may be treating the noise at source, installing acoustic barriers on the walls and/or getting acoustic doors. The engine is presently enclosed between a breeze block wall and a plasterboard and fire door wall. This results in unacceptable noise penetrating into a nearby working area. We require acoustic modifications to the engine room to reduce the noise level, leaving sufficient space for maintenance operations and inspection.
