14/23 Third Party Auditing Services for Domestic Gas and Electrical Installations

Tender description

Tamworth Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified gas and electrical auditing Contractor for the provision of third party quality audits and technical support relating to a domestic gas / heating contract and a domestic electrical installation and works contract. The term of the contract shall be fixed for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for a further two (2) successive periods of one (1) year. With an estimated contract value below £50,000 per annum, a single provider of the services is considered most appropriate to efficiently manage all elements of the contract and to ensure site visits are carefully coordinated to minimise any inconvenience to affected tenants.
