Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to receive quotations from suitably qualified bidders to develop a website for the Liverpool City Region Employment and Skills team that will meet the requirements of the Youth Employment Gateway Programme as detailed in the specification. The contract will run for an initial one year period from 1st May 2015 to 30th April 2016 with an option to extend for <b>further 3 x 12 month extensions</b> at the discretion of the local authority. PLEASE NOTE: This request for quotation will be marked on <b>60% Quality and 40% Price</b>.
