Valuation Services (Non-Housing)

Tender description

Harlow Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced organisations able to undertake asset and insurance valuations in respect of the Council's non-housing property portfolio. The Council has a diverse property portfolio which includes shops, offices, a crematorium, a theatre, various sports facilities and community buildings, parklands, municipal properties and garages. The Council has elected to adopt a phased valuation programme within which all properties will be valued in year one of the contract. In each of the subsequent years, it is anticipated that 20% of properties will be revalued. The contract shall have an initial term of two years, with an option for the Council to extend the contract at its sole discretion, for up to three years.
