Tender description

The College is continuing its teaching room refurbishment programme, updating the College facilities and improving the student experience. Works include general refurbishment of existing teaching rooms. A variety of lecture theatres will need new tiered seating. Part of this will be exchange of seating and in part of the rooms the change of the tiered structure as well. Power supply of min 1 socket /two seats need to be integrated. All theatres must have a minimum of 1 disabled seat or two where shown on drawing. You are required to base your tender on your ability to supply & install all items by 14/09/2015. Projects included in this tender: (i) MRB Screening room 1, 2 and 3 new tiered structure and seating (approx. 100, 35 and 45 seats) (ii) RHB Cinema new tiered structure and seating (approx. 110 seats) (iii) RHB room 137 new seating currently 76 seats
