Please note that contract has already been awarded and is being published for transparency purposes. This contract is for the provision of legal services to the Authority, the Special Purpose Vehicle (‘SPV’) (that is, HM Treasury UK Sukuk PLC), the Debt Management Office, the Department for Communities and Local Government and other government bodies (principally the Department of Health and the Department for International Development) involved in the Sukuk Programme. The Consultancy Value Statement is also attached to this publications.
