Tender description
This document constitutes a Request for Tenders to purchase software for use by the Department’s Inspectorate to enable data capture within schools to feed into an Inspectorate Management Information System currently under development. The requirement is for mobile forms software that will run on Windows 8 tablet devices and integrates with MS SharePoint. It is vital that the software can provide offline forms capability in the event of Wi-Fi or mobile network connectivity not being readily accessible within schools. Any data input can then be synced automatically as soon as connectivity is re-established. The ability to input data into forms across multiple devices is also important i.e. both tablet devices and corporate desktops.
