<b>Town Ham Former Allotment Site, Gloucester </b> <b> Expressions of Interest </b> Gloucester City Council is carrying out pre-procurement market engagement in relation to the potential development of <b>Show people accommodation </b>at the Town Ham Former Allotment Site in Gloucester. The pre-procurement market engagement exercise or PIN is <b>to gather expressions of interest and ideas </b>for this possible development. It does not constitute a procurement process and participation does not guarantee any selection in any procurement process. Information and details of the exact submission requirements can be found in the PIN Market Testing document below along with a technical report about the site and a plan of the area. The Council is seeking written proposals of no longer than four sides of A4. The deadline to submit a proposal is <b>5pm on 9th June 2015</b>.
