Tender description

Orbit are looking to appoint a supplier who has previous experience of conducting audits for Large Developing Registered Social Landlords/Providers. If you do not have experience in this field, you are advised not to bid for this tender. Provision of audit services to cover all Orbit Group services. The audit shall cover Orbit Group Ltd and all current subsidiaries. The main place of performance will be our central Office in Coventry, CV3 2SU - but will involve visits to other offices throughout the Midlands, East Anglia and the South of England as required. There are no defined plans for other subsidiaries to be created or join the Group during the specified contract period, but as this may occur potential suppliers invited to tender will at the second stage be required to provide a price framework to accommodate the eventuality and permit the contract to remain in place without falling foul of the Public Contracts Regulations. Note: prices will be required to be fixed for at least the first two years, with proposed increases for the remainder of the period to be defined as part of the tender process.
