Tender description

Stroud District Council wishes to commission an organisation to carryout Stock Condition Surveys and appraisal of its domestic dwellings and housing related stock, including land.<b></b> As well as undertaking survey and appraising of the stock, the organisation will be required to contribute to the strategic review of the Asset Management Strategy including generating information which will inform future investment and disposal strategy. Where required the organisation will report to the organisation any breach or potential breach in statutory duty through the production of a Housing Health and Safety Rating System assessment (HHSRS).
