SDC Tenant Services wishes to appoint one organisation to help review its existing Energy Strategy. The organisation will have a key strategic role to play in helping to shape, and develop both the long term vision and guiding policy going forward.<b></b> There is a requirement for an organisation, or individual to assist us in establishing an energy strategy that will ensure that our tenants and the homes that they live in are fit for purpose, are cost effective to run and reduce our carbon obligations on the environment. In establishing this we would like to carryout the following as a minimum; · Review and update the existing Energy Strategy · Carryout an energy efficiency mapping and modelling exercise of the existing stock · Undertake a review of measures implemented to date, and advise on their appropriateness and effectiveness · Assist in developing the vision and plan for energy investment strategies · Assist in the development of a detailed action plan
