Tender description
Community-based organisations are sought to deliver programmes of local interventions in a range of locations, based on local authority wards across West Yorkshire. The go:walking project is funded by the Local Sustainable Transport Fund and runs from April 2015 to March 2016. Delivery organisations will learn and use Community Street Audits, deliver walking activities targeted at the least active, and perform other planning, monitoring and evaluation activities. The project may be supplemented by additional funds from the Department for Transport’s Walking Cities Fund.
